No, The phone only have two card slot, you can use 2 SIM card or 1 SIM card & 1 TF card.
5. Is this the brand new item?
We will open the original box to check the phone and install Multi-language ROM and Google play store, If you have special requests about the original box, please leave us a message. And normally, The custom ROM may not perfect, translation may does not cover all the menus, please understand. We may update the custom ROM, so the OS version may different as the screenshots.

7. Where can I download free Apps?
A: You can download apps from the Google Play store, which is generally pre-installed in the phone, or from other app store, you also can download apps on Google, then save and install them to the phone through the USB cable.
8. Storage is 4G/ 8G/ 16G/ 32G in description, Why it is less when I check?
Any memory all can not 100% full (for example, Phone have 8GB ROM , but phone only show about 7GB memory) , this is Normal .
9. What should I do when the storage isn’t enough to download more application?
A: Please uninstall some useless applications in phone storage, we recommend to change the default install path to the memory card (setting > Storage), also you can move most of the applications to the card except system apps.
10. What should I do if the battery can’t last long time?
A: “Talking Time”&” Standby time” in description is base on the factory test result, no applications operated when test standby time;
Here is some tips to save power:
a. Download a power saver app to guide you how to save power, such as adjust screen back light, close Bluetooth and wife when no need etc.
b. Also check if there are unnecessary applications are operating in the background. Press menu> setting> Applications> Running service, you can see all the applications are being opened, turn off those you needn’t.
c. Please understand the weather, screen size, video, bad signal etc, all of these will cause battery consumption.
11. I have not received the cell phone, or I'm not satisfied with the cell phone. What I can do?

12. How to do if I get an empty package?
