1 DIY kydex knife sheath kit. Contains everything needed to make a custom kydex sheath. 

Includes:

2 - 12x6 sheets of .060 Dark Gray Kydex.

1 - 8x2 strip of .060 Dark Gray Kydex

1 – 1.5" Nylon FOMI Clip 

2 - 1/8” Rubber Washers

12 - GS 8-8 Black Eyelets

2 - Finish Washers  

2 - 1/4" Binding Posts

2 - 3/8" Screws

All parts are made in the USA.  All screws and binding posts are black oxide steel.  Eyelets are black oxide brass.  Please be advised that kydex size measurements are approximate. There will usually be some loss due to the cutting process used. Parts needed to complete this project: Heat source (standard oven or toaster oven) Box cutter Some type of measuring device, Thermoforming foam, Some wood boards to sandwich the foam, Wood clamps, Marking tool (pencil) Your knife, A heat gun or good hair drier, Gloves to protect your hands from the heat, A drill with a 1/4″ bit, An Eyelet Setting Tool, 150, 300 and 500 grit sand paper
