Tracking notification: After the order has been posted, a notification email with tracking number will be sent to your eBay registered email account.

Delivery time:
- For US buyers, approximately 7 - 19 business days after we shipped the item.
- For US buyers with expedited shipping, approximately 2 - 7 business days after we shipped the item.
- For international buyers, approximately 11 - 35 business days after we shipped the item.
Import Tax (Important Notice to International Buyers) :
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Buyers as importer are responsible for paying such costs.
- Buyers can not request to cancel the transaction or request for refund or request resending the parcel under these situations.
- Delivery time:
- For US buyers, approximately 7 - 14 business days after we shipped the item.
- For US buyers with expedited shipping, approximately 3 - 5 business days after we shipped the item.
- For international buyers, approximately 10 - 22 days after we shipped the item.
Payment
- At the moment, we accept payment by PayPal only.
Exchange item or Refund:
- For return or refund, please contact us via eBay message, otherwise we may not able to follow your case at the earliest time.
- You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to return it for a refund.
- If you received a defective item, we will exchange it within 30 days of the arrival date.
- For refund or exchange, we will be responsible for the shipping costs from our place to yours whilst the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- In the case of exchanging items or refund, please kindly return all the original packaging, together with a note of your eBay user ID, item number and purchase date and reason of returning.
- When returning an item, please provide the tracking number, this will help us to follow your case more efficiently.
- Please select "I don't need it anymore" as the return reason, and this will help us to process your return more efficiently.
Returned parcel:
- If a parcel is returned to us due to insufficient address or unclaimed, we will NOT be responsible for any further re-shipment costs.
- Please note that the shipping company will return the parcel to us after two or three unsuccessful delivery attempts to the buyer.
- If the buyer requests us to resend the parcel in this case, the buyer will be responsible for all the returning and resending postage fees.
- In the case that the parcel is returned to us due to any of above reasons and the buyer wants to get a refund, we will deduct 15% of total item price (i.e. selling price + shipping charge) when issuing refund.
