We accept payment only through PAYPAL.

We ship products in the United Kingdom through Royal Mail, it will reach within 3-5 days to buyers through 1st class post (unless stated otherwise), we ship the product after received clear payment and give full information about shipment to the buyer.

Personalised and all custom goods are exempt from the returns policy, as per the EU Directive excluding Custom made goods.  Therefore we CANNOT accept returns for personalised items, Unless there is a fault with the beanie. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can quickly rectify any problems.  Non-personalised items must be returned unworn with tags intact and be within 14 days. All items will be quality control checked on return. Return postage must be paid by the buyer unless a mistake has been made by us. An email MUST be sent before returning the item, with a note stating the reason for the return and your ebay login name and item number.
