NON-PAYING BIDDERS

Due to recent spate of non-paying bidders (refrain from bidding if you have no intention of paying), Unpaid Item Case will be opened on 3rd day after the auction has ended and item is unpaid so that EBAY may refund/credit the Final Value Fee that EBAY automatically charges when an item is sold regardless of whether buyer has or has not paid yet. Payment

Only PAYPAL is accepted– for tracking, safety and security purposes.

Per existing EBAY policy, please complete checkout within 2 days of winning an item.

When using an e-check, it takes 3 to 5 business days to clear. And because PAYPAL puts a temporary hold on the transaction, PAYPAL will not allow us to print a shipping label until the e-check has cleared the banks – so, your item/package will only be shipped once the e-check has cleared the banks and the shipping label may then be printed. In other words, there will be a delay in processing and shipping of your item if you pay by e-Check.

So if possible, please use a credit/debit/pre-paid card to expedite processing and shipping.

If you wish EXPEDITED or FASTER delivery, there is EXTRA CHARGE to ship USPS 2-DAY or 3 DAY PRIORITY or via USPS OVERNIGHT EXPRESS. If you have a deadline or purchasing for someone’s upcoming birthday or whatever shipping emergency, you NEED to pay extra for expedited-faster shipping.

We combine shipping on most items (similar size) to help you save on shipping costs.

Returns

All sales are considered final. Returns are NEVER accepted on any items that are opened-unsealed. Once unsealed/opened, that item and its Digital HD code are yours to keep.

If a movie is returned for a refund AND the Digital HD code has been redeemed/used, you will only receive a partial refund of 50% of the purchase price. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If an item is listed as SEALED – it is factory sealed with shrink-wrap.

If an item is listed as UNSEALED – it is without the shrink-wrap, or with shrink-wrap that has been described as partially unsealed.

If an item is listed as BRAND NEW – it has never been pre-owned, and the stated discs, Blu-ray, DVD have never been removed and never been viewed.

If an item is PRE-OWNED – it will be listed as such and we describe it to the best of our knowledge.

A BRAND NEW UNSEALED item is a NEW item that has never been pre-owned nor sold and it is in the condition as we received it without the shrink wrap – and the discs have never been removed and never been viewed. You may not return it with the excuse that it is without the shrink-wrap and that it is supposed to be BRAND NEW and etc. because we have fully disclosed and described the item (UNSEALED = without shrink wrap), and you had bid and purchased it. You have the opportunity and option to ask questions if you have concerns or require clarifications prior to bidding or purchasing the item. This is the Term of Sales that you agreed to when you bid and/or purchased the item.

So, bid accordingly–look over the photo(s) and read listing description(s) as it is the buyer's responsibility to read and understand the listing description, and please ASK QUESTIONS prior to bidding/purchasing.

We do not accept returns on clothing if they do not fit or you don’t like the color/material/etc. or if the clothing were brand new and you wore and then washed them –again, we have no control over and are not responsible for individual tastes. We do our best to provide accurate and as complete information as we can, and we check every article of clothing very carefully –inside, outside, along the edges, top to bottom.

Again, you are responsible for checking the listing descriptions/measurements and photos.

We will accept returns if we make a mistake in the description of an item, and we will then pay return shipping. Otherwise, the original and return shipping cannot be refunded.

On legitimate and approved returns, please use only economy shipping - USPS First Class Mail/USPS Parcel Post/USPS Media Mail with USPS TRACKING to send back – if the error is ours, we only reimburse up to $6 for return shipping. If you return using Overnight/Two-Day/Express/Priority Mail – you are responsible for the return cost.

There is a 20% restocking fees on ALL legitimate authorized returns. A 14-day window on returns will apply. If there is a problem, contact us within 24 hours upon receipt of item (date checked per USPS info. via USPS TRACKING). We do not run a ‘rental’ business – this policy is to deter folks from ‘borrowing’ and taking advantage of honest sellers. If an item is described as NEW and SEALED – it is original FACTORY-SEALED and BRAND NEW. Defective merchandise WILL be replaced – if in stock - by the same item only.

International Sales

We do not ship internationally – so, no sales/shipping to anywhere outside the continental USA with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii. Yes, that means no sales/shipping to Canada, Puerto Rico, and the rest of the world.

Why don’t we ship international???

USPS charges TOO MUCH for shipping of items/packages overseas with the required delivery tracking. Example, to ship a brand new sealed Blu-ray or DVD to Canada, Europe, Australia or Asia cost approximately (depending on weight) US$29-US$69 and this includes delivery tracking (that EBAY has to have for proof of delivery). Yes, USPS charges WAY TOO MUCH for overseas shipping (with delivery tracking).
