Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date, the item must be returned in original packaging and with no damage to the item. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee if applicable. Postage must be covered by the buyer and specialised orders for example Key Cutting cannot be refunded.

Postage Policy

All items under 2KG will be dispatched via Royal Mail 48, this service is a 2 working day service but Royal Mail can sometimes be slower. UPVC STORE cannot be held accountable for late postage as long as we meet requirements of dispatching on time. You do have the option to upgrade this service to Royal Mail 24 for the small charge of £0.99 All items over 2KG will be dispatched via Parcelforce 48 We dispatch all items same day aslong as the order is placed before the 3PM cut off

Payment Policy

Payment must be made through Paypal before the item is dispatched. Items must be paid for within 24 hours of the Purchase date otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the order.
