One of the most beautiful black colour corn you will ever grow. Black Aztec is an heirloom corn variety recognized for its mature deep-purple to black kernels. This corn is best enjoyed fresh when it is young and still white. When ground, the mature dark kernels produce a colored cornmeal useful in cooking.
Black corn has high levels of anthocyaninin. It also contains high levels of anti-oxidants, anti-inflammatory and anti-carcinogenic elements.

Growing Instructions:
Corn likes a position of full sun and remember to water often. Sow at a depth of approx. 1.17 inches (3.0 cm) and aim for a distance of at least 7.8 inches (20.0 cm) between Sweet corn plants. Soil temperature should be kept higher than 21°C / 70°F to ensure good germination.
