Periwinkle Dwarf Little Mix seeds are very easy and fast to germinate, and also called Vinca Rosea, this plant grows fast, and the seeds can be started indoors 4-6 weeks before last frost. Other common names of this plant are Madagascar Periwinkle, Rosy Periwinkle, Teresita Vinca, Cape Periwinkle, Rose Periwinkle, and Old-Maid.
