    Payments

    The price of this item includes VAT at 20%. We will upon request provide a VAT receipt. We will only refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, PayPal.

    Delivery

    We only ship to the UK and Northern Ireland. We use Royal Mail and other couriers to send out goods. Most items are shipped between Monday and Friday 8.30am – 5pm, not over the weekend or on Bank Holidays. Please allow the delivery timescales as advised on the listing. We would always advise customers to contact us if they haven't received their goods within 4 working days of payment .

    Returns

    If you no longer want the goods please inform us by eBay Messaging (preferred), email or phone within 7 working days of the delivery. Once the return has been received and confirmed by our warehouse, a refund for the goods will be applied in full. Goods must be received back in the same condition as sent.
