For example, an error code 5 ("contact support 5") often means your Zune's hard drive is experiencing problems - more often than not, it is the hard drive or hard drive cable that is causing this. Again, a firmware update will not remove this error.

Shipping: When you purchase this listing, we will send you a message with our mailing address. You will be notified of a long handling time (15 days). This refers to the return shipping of your device, which will likely take much less time depending on the shipping method you use to send your Zune to us. You will need to package up your Zune carefully and pay for postage to get the Zune to us. After the repair is done, we will be responsible for the return shipment.
