I have been using this mixing and recording system for several years now.  It works flawlessly.  The package includes:
1 - Yamaha AW4416
1 - 60 GB Hard drive (comes stock with a 12GB, so this is a major upgrade)
1 - serial mouse
1 - MY8AT - 8 channel adat I/O expansion card that fits in one of the 2 expansion slots in the AW4416
1 - Behringer ADA8200 8 channel preamp with 8 channel of adat simultaneous In and out.  Works perfectly with the AW.  YOU CAN ADD 8 CHANNELS OF MIC PRES OR LINE INPUTS AND 8 CHANNELS OF BALANCED ANALOG OUTS AT THE SAME TIME WITH THIS UNIT!
1 - MY8TD - 8 channel TDIF I/O card for the other expansion slot
1 - MOTU 2408 MkII recording interface.  Works as a standalone AD converter to the TDIF (or adat) format to add 8 MORE CHANNELS OF INPUTS OR OUTPUTS TO THE AW!
1 - TDIF - 6' digital snake to hook the AW to the MOTU (the MOTU has workclock I/O on BNC connectors).  I set the MOTU as WC master and the AW as WC slave and the ADA8200 to sinc to ADAT in.  Works flawlessly.  I will throw in a high quality WC and adat cable.

This system will record 16 channel of audio simultaneously at 24/48 in stunning uncompressed audio with near zero latency.  It has 8 virtual tracks per track for a total of 128 possible tracks per song.  What I used it mostly for the last few years was as a high quality 24 channel digital mixer.  It has 2 stereo multi effects processors built in along with dynamics processing on every input and output.  Yamaha is a great innovator of digital mixing and the engine of this system is based on the famed 02R.  The expansion cards will come installed in the mixer and the hard drive will be formatted and blank - ready to use.  I will be available for near unlimited technical support through eBay messaging to help you learn the system.  The unit has some superficial wear, but works flawlessly, including all the motorized faders.  The internal battery is good.  Just a great package deal for someone.    I take selling on eBay seriously, and will stand behind what I sell, so feel free to make an offer with buying confidence.  I do have a hard copy of the manual included also,  the cover pages are missing, but all the internal pages are there.  The internal cd burner does not work, but that is the only thing.  It does have digital outs you can send to a sound card or a standalone cd recorder.  One thing I have been doing the last couple of years is track with the AW, then send 10 tracks at a time into my computer daw (Reaper) for mixing using MTC midi output on the AW. 8 tracks via adat and 2 tracks via spdif.   Tracks automatically sinc once you set the daw to MTC slave.  You can make multiple passes until all your tracks are in the pc.  Tracks automatically align.  This solves the monitoring and latency problem with computer based recording directly.  You would need an interface with midi and digital capability.  I have this system for sale locally, so this listing could end at any time.  There is just so many good things about this system, I could go on and on.  Feel free to message me with questions or more pics.
Thanks for looking and God Bless.
