aFe Power’s new Twisted Steel header delivers an astounding 9 hp and 10 lbs. x ft. torque while outflowing the factory exhaust manifold. The header is constructed of 1.5” 14-gauge 409 SS tubing with a 1/2” thick head flange to ensure a leak free seal. To eliminate dead space that can cause turbulence and hindering flow that formed collectors are prone to produce, a true merged collector and optimized tube lengths are used for true pulse control technology improving flow and performance. 100% hand TIG-welded construction ensures optimal strength and durability. The smooth curves and increased diameter of this header helps remove restriction and keeps exhaust gas flowing smoothly for improved performance and durability on and off the trails. All components are supplied for a hassle-free installation with no modifications necessary.

Mitered Collectors: Mitered collectors extend the tube length into the flange which decreases turbulence and increases exhaust velocity. The result is increased horsepower, torque and improved throttle response.

Tig-Welded: 100% TIG-Welded by certified craftsmen for race proven strength and durability. TIG-Welding provides the strongest welds reducing stress cracks.

1/2" Thick Head Flange: A 1/2" thick head flange is used for maximum strength and durability. The flange design is identical to the head port and is machined flat for a leak-free seal.

409 SS Construction: This header is constructed of durable CNC mandrel bent 14-gauge 409 stainless steel tubing for maximum performance, corrosion resistance and strength eliminating cracking.

Premium Gasket: A premium intake/exhaust flange gasket with aluminum fire rings is provided for a leak-free seal. The gasket is port matched for a perfect seal.

Twisted Steel Headers come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Shipping Information:

• UPS Ground / FedEx Ground shipping is free to the lower 48 states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other U.S. territories.
• For international shipments, orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, charges, fees, and costs associated with the shipment of the item once it has reached its destination. These charges are the buyer's responsibilty.
• Shipping is available to a PO box and any APO/AA/AE/AP address at an extra charge for this service when available.
• Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days from the time payment is received and cleared.
• Shipments are not made on weekends or holidays.
• Express shipping is available at the buyer's expense. Please contact us for a shipment quote to your location.
• Some out of stock items are drop shipped from a distribution warehouse or directly from the manufacturer, so tracking information may not be available immediately.
• Tracking numbers will be updated to as quickly as possible once an order has processed and shipped. Tracking numbers are updated manually, so please allow enough time for your information to be entered after your order has been placed.

Return Policy:

• AZ Offroad & Performance, Inc. & will do everything possible to ensure the customer's satisfaction.
• If there is any error in the part received, please contact us immediately.
• Returns will be accepted if the item is unused, uninstalled, in the original packaging and in brand new condition.  Items that are defective may also be returned.  We are not responsible for install mistakes.  Items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
• All returns must be approved and issued a (Return Authorization) RA # for return.  The RA # must be on the outside of each package with the RA # in a visible area.  Any package without the RA # will be refused.
• Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items and to insure the package.
• Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If any item is returned by choice that originally included free shipping (not a defective or performance claim), there will be a restocking fee deducted from the refund.
• Once items have been received & inspected per our guidelines, a credit or refund will be issued to the customer.
• Any cancellation must be approved prior to shipping.  Any item that has already shipped must be returned according to the guidelines stated above.
