Who are we?

Welsh Auctions are based near Swansea, South Wales. 

We are a family run business who care about customer 

service and giving our customers great deals on everything 

they buy from us.

Where do we get our stock from?

We source all of our stock from liquidation sales, bankrupt stock, 

trade auctions, from shop over stocks and many more places. 

We also sell on behalf of private sellers, we buy items to sell 

on and are Re-sellers.

Do we make a profit? - Yes, of course we do.

We, like all business people, like to make a profit on our items, 

however, unlike many of our competitors, we like to be more 

than fair with our pricing and pass on our great savings to you.

We believe, if we are fair with you, then you will be fair 

with us and hopefully become a regular customer of 

Welsh Auctions.

Postage,Packing & Returns

We aim to pack and post your purchase within one working day. 

Order placed before 1.30pm Monday - Friday will be posted the same working day.

Orders placed after 1.30pm, will be posted the following working day.

Orders placed after 1.30pm on Friday, or on Saturday & Sunday will be posted

on the following Monday. In the case of a Bank Holiday, then the order will be 

posted on the following Tuesday.

We are happy to accept returns if you change your mind.

However, you MUST NOT send your return item until you have contacted us for 

a returns number. Any returns sent without a returns number will not be refunded

or posted back to you. YOU MUST GET A RETURN NUMBER FROM US FIRST

Buyer is responsible for return postage costs. 

Do we sell damaged goods that don't work?

Everything we sell is checked to be undamaged, in working 

order and where possible has been tested before we list it on Ebay. 

If for any reason there is anything wrong with your item, please let 

us know before you leave any negative feedback. We WILL resolve 

any issues you may have.

Please note: 

Some of the items we sell may have tatty, ripped, or not perfect packaging, 

however, we do give a true and fair description in our listings and all 

items are in perfect condition unless otherwise stated.
