The various Live foods are supplied in 100ml approx of water (Fresh or Salt) depending on Live food type. (150ml Mysis Shrimp) (250ml River Shrimp)

The Single Packs are posted out in Bubbled Padded Envelopes. "Ideal to try for starters" (excludes river shrimp)
The 6 Packs are posted out in extra bag inside a Small Parcel Size Box. "More cost effective posting" 
The 12 Packs are posted out in 1 or 2 extra bags inside a Small / Medium Size Box. "Best deal at moment"
River shrimp is always sent in secure boxes. "Secure and cost effective postage"

The 6 Pack Worm Mix Consists Off (2 x Bloodworm+ 2 x Tubifex Worm + 2 x Jumbo Bloodworm) 12 Pack is Double This.
The 6 Pack Shrimp Mix Consists Off (3 x Brine Shrimp + 2 x Mysis Shrimp + 1 x River Shrimp) 12 Pack is Double This.

Please Specify if you want a mixture of Different Foods other than the various Options available.

If a worm cone is wanted, the are sold in single units. Please specify the quantity wanted. 1 worm cone = 1 individual unit.

Please Note These are living products and may have a seasonal, Breeding or Hatching period and maybe unavailable at certain times of the year. eg "Glassworm / White Mosquito Larvae" this is not available around August depending on weather conditions but is usually available again in September

We will complete most orders as requested but occasionally due to High Demand and Various Seasonal and Quality Issues
from time to time we may substitute one food for another similar type.

Why not add a worm feeder cone to your order, they're great at allowing a slow release of Tubifex or Bloodworms into your Aquarium whilst watching the fish enjoy the food.

We receive weekly fresh Deliveries and we dispatch to you A.S.A.P.
The majority of orders are dispatched on Friday/Monday's
We do recommend prior to feeding any live foods, washing the food from its transportation water as this is often soiled with the foods waste etc.

During the Summer time we may send out livefoods with chiller packs to keep the foods fresher for longer. These can be discarded or re-used for whatever project may need them.
During winter time we may send out livefoods with insulation to keep them fresher for longer. 
This is unlikely to be reused so discard as necessary.

RIVER SHRIMP IS SENT IN PORTIONS OF 7-10. IF TWO PORTIONS ARE ORDERED, WE MAY SEND THIS IN ONE SINGLE BAG AS A DOUBLE PORTION SIZE (14-20) IN THE BAG. THIS IS INDICATED WITH LABELS AND KNOTS ON THE BAGS TO INDICATE THIS ON THE BAGS.
Example:  1 portion: 1 bag containing 7-10 shrimp
2 portion: 1 bag containing 14-20 shrimp
3 portion: 1 bag containing 7-10 shrimp, 1 bag containing 14-20 shrimp
This is a system we use through most of our deliveries of river shrimp that is used to prevent extra postage charges which the courier may charge, and allow easy sending for us to get to you in the best conditions.
