This unit came from a former telegraph collector's and Ham radio operator estate
Label underneath unit says nit was purchased Superior Wisconsin 1947.
Heavy unit, weighs 3 lbs 12 ounces
Base is 6 5/16" by 3 1/2".
I don't know the first thing about this item, so you are buying as is.
