These are new authentic overstock shoes. They may have been tried on, so there could be some light marks, scuffs, dents, creases from not being in box. Items will be shipped in an envelope or Package, depending on style/size.

Payment
All “buy it now” items require immediate payment. All auction items are to be paid within 4 days of purchase. Non-paying bidder claim will be filed if the item has not been paid for on the 4th day (no exceptions)!

We do not accept returns or exchanges on: items sold “as is”, used items, Clearance sale, or if the Auction/Item states- “No returns accepted”- NO EXCEPTIONS!

All other items NOT sold "AS IS", used, clearance sale, or otherwise marked "no returns accepted", may be exchanged or a refund requested as follows:
1) You must have an acceptable reason for return.
2) All returns must be mentioned within 3 business days of receipt of the item.
3) The item must arrive in its new, unworn, original condition at our location within 14 days from the day you received them.
4) A refund or exchange, will be issued once the original item arrives to us.
5) Shipping costs will not be refunded.
6) We are not responsible for the cost of Shipping returns due to an invalid or incorrect address. Original shipping charge will not be refunded. Buyer has 24 hours from time of return to Jets Shoes 4 U to contact us and is responsible for the cost of re-shipping or we reserve the right to relist the item.
7) Shipping may be delayed due to inclement weather or natural disaster.
A restocking fee of 15% may apply
