RAFFIR® HEATWAVE

Raffir Heatwave is part of the Special FX color changing line. It is a HIGH END composite material based on the aluminum shavings encapsulated in a translucent dyed epoxy resin. All Heatwave colors have the ability to change from light to dark depending on the temperature. Temperatures below 82F (28C) will turn the material to the darker version of its color whereas anything above that will turn it to its lighter version of its color. The material has a unique 3D look due to the contrast of the shavings and semi-transparent resin. This beautiful material polishes to a high-gloss finish. 

Each piece is unique and no two pieces are the same.

You are NOT buying the knife handle blank in the first photo, you will receive a different piece but will be the same material, style and color. These photographs were taken in raw and unfinished form and in dark with minimal charging.
