Handmade Christmas Countdown Plaques 

These plaques are great for children. 

The wooden plaques are handmade, made of 3mm (1.18 in) thin Mdf board and a black chalkboard heart. 

The plaque can be personalised with your personal message.

AVAILABLE with any colours of ribbon!!! Hanging on a jute twine hanger and complete with a piece of chalk attached to the plaque. (The colour of the chalk can be different than shown on the photo.)
