The residual chlorine in drinking water can be tested by chlorine tester or swimming pool test kit. Free tester comes with any Shield water filter system;

- Faulty item: Due to long distance travelling for those products, few of them will be damaged. We will have procedures to control the quality of the products to be delivered, while there are still defects to be found. We will be more than happy to fully refund the item or compensate customers that would try a replacement.
- We accept varies payment method. Paypal is the most commonly used one. Bank transfer may take 1-3 days to be processed and we cannot dispatch before we confirmed payment.

Date to dispatch: Due to the pre-assemble procedures for the filter system, we usually post the item within ONE business days. However most small orders like accessories and ‘ready to post’ items (tap, popular kit), we will dispatch next day (SATDAY and SUNDAY excluded). In some circumstances, customers can request same day dispatch, but we cannot guarantee the order to be processed as you requested. Any further request in regarding delivery procedures, customers need to write email to us other than just leave note in purchase procedures.
Missing parcels: Based on our observation and experience, AUPOST is the most reliable courier company for items to be delivered. However, when missing parcels was discovered, we will inform the AUPOST the detail in the parcels. All the undelivered parcels will be sending to Melbourne lost and found office to be claimed. Once they located the parcel, AUPOST will send it to the address we provided. The entire procedures may take two weeks. If the parcel cannot be located in two weeks time, we will send new one instead ASAP.
Out of Stock: When we found we took orders which we do not have, we will contact customers directly. Specific time of the dispatch will be informed to customer in our email. Either customers would wait or simply get refunded; we will process as soon as possible. We will compensate for delayed orders.
- Once parcel lodged to aupost, AUPOST website will suggest more than two days receiving the parcel. Based on our experience, normal time frame is 3-7 business days to destination Australian wide. However, there is some remote area that aupost will have specific time estimation. Please check aupost website for further information.
- Express Post is only available to major metro and regional population centers. Please check with AUPOST before you select express surcharge.
Warranty
This warranty have two years warranty for any filter system we stock. For any accessories worn out while usage, new parts will be send from our warehouse for replacement. For the filter holders or other parts which cannot be replaced, new filter system will be send. External components to the main filter system, such as pressure limiting devices, transformers, ball valves, mains connection systems also have two years warranty for replacement.
The following damages and defects are excluded from this warranty to the extent that they are the result of acts of the purchaser, or persons other than the warrantor.
· Repairs or modifications attempted by personnel not authorised by the warrantor.
· Damage or impaired performance resulting from misuse, abuse, breakage, neglect or accident.

Faucet
This warranty have one year warranty for standard faucet and two years warranty for premium faucet. Once failure been discovered, new item will be sending for replacement. For any replacement faucet we do not stock anymore, we will upgrade to next higher class faucet. Please check faucet nature in item description for further information.
Filters
This warranty have no further warranty other than 30 days money back for filters. Please check filters before usage. Once filters been used, we cannot return or refund unless defects discovered in usage. Same policy applied in disposable in-line filters or any cartridges or membranes
This warranty does not cover:
· Loss, expense or damage caused by use on water supplies in excess of 35 degrees C.
· Loss, expense or damage caused by freezing .
· Loss, expense or damage caused by failure to use a suitable pressure limiting/anti-hammer device.
