This statue is made in Transylvania!!!

This portrait is the onlyone in which Vlad Dracula is depicted standing. The painting is life size and it is preserved at the Forchtenstein Castle (Austria), property of Eszterhazy family.

The prezent miniature is identical with the portrait in the canvas.

The painting contains also a Latin text:"Dracula Waida Princeps et Waivoda Walachiae Transalpinae hostis Turcarum infensissimus 1466", which means "Dracula Prince and Head of the Transalpine Wallachian army, the most determined enemy of the Turks -1466".
