Thanks for looking, this listing is for a personalised word art, the A4 and 7x5 printed options are a high quality print on gloss photo paper (unframed) that make the ideal gift for your loved ones.  All pictures are sent in a board backed envelope to protect it as much as possible whilst in transit. The Jpeg image is emailed to you within 24 hours for you to print so this is an ideal option for a last minute gift as you don’t have to wait for postage.

Only words supplied by you will be used, I don’t add to them and I copy and paste directly from your message so please ensure all spellings are correct and comers are used to separate wording, also  a few words grouped together for example "Happy Birthday" "1st Jan 2010" etc is fine but too many may mean the image does not fill out as best it can. I can do designs in any colour apart from silver and gold, just ask when ordering. 

I will send a draft for any A4 and 7x5 prints within 24hours for you to confirm before I print, although this is usually a lot quicker, if you don’t get back to me within 4 days I will print and post to ensure you get it in time.

The Jpeg item is a high quality image emailed to your paypal email address for you to print, you wont receive a hard copy from me of the £1.50 Jpeg item.  These can be printed from A3 down to 7x5 without any loss of quality. If you order the JPEG you will receive a message saying your order has been posted but a hard copy will not be posted to you. (Ebay send this automatically when an order has been dispatched.)

Please send via a message after purchasing using “contact seller” to inform me of your chosen words, in the order of preference (I cannot choose position or size of words but will try and get the first few prominent). Also state what colour you would like as I will use the one on the listing if not stated. The number of words can be anything from 1 up to 30 for these images.

If when you receive your item an error has been made on my part I will redo and send free of charge, if it is an error on your part, that needs amending  you will have to purchase a Jpeg £1.50 item to cover the reprint, postage and packaging.

The Jpegs may not work from a mobile phone, when printing from a computer if you choose the "shrink to fit" option it will fit the page, if using a mobile phone I am unsure how they print and wouldnt be able to offer advice as I dont use that format myself.

As per Ebay settings, our 24 hour dispatch is active Monday to Thursday. Any orders Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be due for dispatch by midnight Monday. This dispatch time is based on designs not needing confirmation. 

Any personalised items will be dispatched once you have confirmed the draft or sent the relevant details and in these cases the 24 hours may not apply depending how quickly you get back to us.
