Why are your car mats more expensive than sets being sold for £10-20?
Commonly sold by 90% of drop shippers on eBay, these sets are priced so low due to being made from a very cheap material, which we would prefer not to sell. From a buyers point of view its a waste of money, unless selling the vehicle. We are human and totally understand most customers will go for the cheapest option available until they understand this. The material is commonly found in pound shops and often used for cheap universal sets. They are not designed to last and will show signs of wear within a week-month. Furthermore they are often also very hard to clean as dirt and grit often gets stuck within the stringy cheap pile. HOT TIP: Just think, if its priced that low and the seller is still making a profit after selling fees, courier costs, tax and everything else, how cheap and bad is the actual material from which it's made from... Perhaps worth less than a high street coffee!
Is your material the same as my original dealer mats?
Yes and No. Its very similar to a OEM carpet material quality. After looking high and low over the many years to find the best raw material available to us, we have concluded with this one material type to manufacture our products from. With time, our quality will always improve for the better, we don't cut corners on material quality standards. Most our customers have told us its actually better quality than their original factory mats!
