Shipping & Handling
1. All products will be shipped from North America warehouse.
2. We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to every country may have different time schedule on custom clearing which may take longer/shorter time to inspect your products. And also the price of item in this listing is FOB Origin, Freight Prepaid. That means seller pays and bears freight charges, and buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.
3. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
4. Tracking information will be email to you once your order is complete and ship out.
Warranty & Returns
1. Our items are covered by 1 year manufacturer warranty.
The warranty only covers failure due to defects in material and workmanship by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover damage due to everyday usage.
2. You may return merchandise purchased from us for a refund or a replacement.
3. All product returns requires a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. The RMA number should be written on your returning package. Please contact us via email to request RMA number.
4. All returned items for a refund/credit should be in its original, "resalable" condition. You may not be responsible for a refund or credit otherwise.
5. We follow Ebay's 30 days return policy. Items should be returned within 30 days from the order date to receive a refund.
6. Items should be returned within 30 days from the received date for an exchange or replacement.
7. 20% restocking fee is applied to any non-defective returns for a refund.
8. If your package is damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
9. All shipping-related claims should be made within 3 calendar days after the date of receipt.
10. Accessories and Expendables will not be covered under the warranty nor accepted for exchange or returns.
