Extended thread lug nuts are NOT intended to achieve additional thread engagement on your wheel's lug studs. Proper thread engagement begins once the wheel's lug stud has threaded past the seating area of the lug nut. The extended thread shank portion of the lug nut is not load-bearing, and is not considered true thread engagement. These WILL NOT fit on factory OEM wheels. Extended thread lug nuts are NOT intended to be installed on most applications where press-on wheel spacers are used.
