Payment
Payment can be made via PayPal or by cash when collecting the goods. We also have card processing facilities. We do not accept postal orders, cheques or e-cheques.
Shipping
If shipping is offered on an item it will be dispatched within 2 business days unless otherwise stated. You are welcome to arrange a courier for items that do not have a shipping option, we will be happy to communicate with the courier for collection times.
Returns
We are happy to accept returns on unwanted goods within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase, the item must be in the same condition it was sent out in. The buyer must pay for the return postage. Faulty items or not as described: If an item is faulty or not as described please contact us to arrange its return. Once received we will inspect the fault and issue a full refund including the return postage on all genuine complaints.
