This is a 1980 Luke Skywalker in Bespin fatigues on a ESB 32B back card. Bubble is sealed, it has yellowed a bit, with no cracks or lifting. The bubble has been flattened slightly on the top, but it is not cracked. See pictures. Card is punched, and has a few creases as identified in the pictures. It lays flat and displays great. Will be packed carefully and shipped in a Star Case.
