 We create these policies to make the purchase process easier for our customers. To help us serve you better please read the following sections before bidding on our items.

 Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item.  If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item.  Request to cancel bids will not be honored.

SHIPMENT INFORMATION

All items are shipped by USPS or Fed Ex.   We will attempt to ship all items within 1-2 Business days after payment has been received.

If we offer FREE SHIPPING is only for the US, there is not FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

IF BUYER DOESN'T BUY INSURANCE ON SHIPPING SELLER WON'T BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ITEM.

Delays on shipping can occur if we don’t have the complete information requested

RETURN TERMS

All sales come with 30-day warranty unless advertised differently. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace the defective item for you with an item, in the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Specific terms are:

·         For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

·         We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuance of refunds, credits, or exchanges.

·         Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via a traceable means (UPS, FedEx, etc.)

·         Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.

·         Short-shipments, DOA and Deviations products must be reported within 3 days from delivered date.

·         Returns may be subject to a 20 % restocking fee.

·         Warranty will be considered expired if security stickers are removed or tampered in any way

WARRANTY

All sales are final after warranty expiration.  No Return after warranty expiration.

Our company keeps track of the seal numbers of the items sent to avoid receiving items not sold by us. If buyer returns an item not sold by us, seller will not be responsible for the shipping or the warranty.

Warranty will be considered expired if SECURITY SEALS are broken or tampered in any way.

Our security seal could be green or black and are placed strategically in our products, some are visible and some are not.  The dimension is 9 x 8 millimeters.
