We process and ship all orders within one business day excluding holidays. All domestic orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. Tracking  information is provided as soon as your package is shipped. An automated email will be sent to you with the tracking number. We ONLY ship to the address provided for all shipments. Shipments do not include invoices and one can obtained from your PayPal payment page.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item. You may open a return request through eBay's Hassle-Free Returns, and we will be notified by eBay of your return. Non-defective returns must be in their original packaging, unused, and include all parts, pieces and literature. A tracking number is required for all returns. We normally process returns within 2 business days of being delivered. All refunds are given as money back to the original payment.
