Step One: Input power, Adjust 9, Get the reference Voltage by test 10.

Step Two: Input the be compared voltage from 11.

Result: If the voltage-11 is higher than the set voltage reference (10), lights-On, relays Closed, 6-5 conduction.

Function Two:

Step One: Disconnect the 8 jumpers.

Step Two: Input be compared Voltage From 10 and 11.

Results: If the voltage 11 higher than 10, lights ON, relays Closed, 6-5 conduction.
