I purchased these in the late 80's when i bought a large amount of parts from a Pinball, arcade, jukebox repair shop that was going out of business. 

NOS Leaf Switch Stack. VERY SMALL. Measures a little under 1 1/2 inches from end to end. 

I have no clue what part this replaces. Been stored for 25+ years in a dry container. In Perfect shape.
