• Figure can stand on its own without help.
• Twisting Action Does Not Work
• Waist armor rear strap is broke, but can still hold armor (see pic). Super glue if you want, you can kinda see where it was before. Its hidden under the top strap.
• Figure has been hand cleaned, paint transfer removed from figure fighting and adventures. 
• Some legs have been repaired so figures can stand to fight their own battles, but some can still stand without repair with original rubber.  If this is important to have original rubber, please contact us and we will reply ASAP.

Shipping Information 

Domestic Customers

• I pack all my packages with extreme care so that when you receive it, the item is in the exact same condition as shown in the photos.

• ("Free Shipping" Listing) Shipping for these items are free but shipping will be of the slow variety. If you want it shipped with more safety material and faster, please contact me for an invoice. 

• (Buyer Pays Shipping Listing) I do add a small fee into the shipping costs of all of my auctions. I do this as to cover the packing material, boxes, and any labels or bags that are included. If you read my feedback you will see people actually comment about the shipping itself.

• In the event that the shipping costs were over-charged, I will refund you the difference in costs minus the small fee of packing material costs.


• All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving cleared, Paypal payment.

• I ship all my domestic bound packages via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. First Class packages can only weigh a maximum of 16oz. Once shipped, you should expect your package within about 2-7 days.

(International Customers, please read below)

International Customers
• The high cost of shipping overseas is out of my control. I am not making any money off of shipping. 

• Note: Due to this item you may want to add full coverage insurance, please contact me prior to purchase.

• Your packages will be shipped USPS Priority Mail International or First Class International. First Class International packages can only weigh a maximum of 4lbs.

• Estimated delivery times are about 14 days to most countries, but please understand that your customs office can decide to hold your items from delivery. If they decide to hold it, it is out of my control. I can't do anything about it. Although it is rare, I have had different offices hold packages for 7-8 weeks.

• In most cases, you will be able to see status updates on the whereabouts of your package by using the customs form number as a tracking number. Please be aware though, that this is not always possible.

• Your country may charge you taxes or import fees for this item. These charges are not included in the shipping price. These charges are your responsibility. Please check with your country's custom office to figure out what these charges will be before buying, so you don't have any surprises. Again, these charges do not come from me. If you are unhappy with these charges, contact your country's custom office.

• I do not, and will not, falsify customs forms by declaring or recording values below what you paid and will not check off the "gift" box. This is considered fraud and it is a federal offense.

Terms of Sale  (EBAY ONLY)

• Refund/Returns: All sales are final. Please see the pictures for the items you are getting. All items are OVERLY packaged for safety and this reflects in the shipping costs (unless free shipping which will still be packaged well).


• Feedback: Feedback will always be left once it is received. That way I know the transaction is completed and that you are happy with your purchase. Please contact me with any problems before opening a dispute, leaving negative feedback or low star ratings. I will do my best to resolve the problem as I strive for complete customer satisfaction with positive feedback and 5 star ratings.


• Payments: Payments are expected to be received within 24 hours after receiving the invoice. If you are purchasing multiple items from me, please inform me for the delay of your initial payment and an invoice will be sent when you are done shopping. That way I can combine the shipping costs for you and why there is a delay in payment for your initial auction win. In the event that you do not wait for the invoice, I will give a partial refund for the shipping costs. All payments are to be made through Paypal via the eBay checkout system. I am paypal verified.
