This light switch fits Allis Chalmers tractors with a generator cutout, not a regulator. Cutouts use a manual controlled switch to charge the battery. Regulators charge consistently and are not adjustable manually. If you are uncertain what you have, message us. As a result this light switch is 6 volt only: it can be used as a 12 volt light switch but the cutout resistor portion of it would not be used.
