This mid century space aged radio is the coolest thing ever 
You can plug your Record player or CD player into it or your phone with a headphone jack output wire you can be listening to your favorite tunes as you go to sleep at night 
As with any old piece of audio like this there is a little noise when you bring the volume up or down but once you get it to the point where you like the volume that noise will go away.
The speakers have nice long cords if you want to put this on your nightstand with one speaker on one side and one on the other it’s got a nice big sound for such little speakers .
The radio has a.m. FM and come is it nice and clear without a big bulky antenna sticking out 
I was surprised at the sound when I plugged in my phone and playing my music that I love ... these little speakers give it a new life 

This comes in three parts each piece is mounted onto a wooden platform
