This phone is unlocked. Functions wonderful and is in good condition with no cracks in the screen. There is some kind of issue with the SD card drive that will not allow me to insert an SD card, I'm not sure why. There are some bumps and minor blemishes but nothing major and again no cracks in the screen. 

This phone functions wonderful! Will come with a universal charger for it and I will be sure it's fully charged and powered off before shipping. You will need a SIM Card from the carrier you prefer, when I had it I ordered a SIM card for it free of charge from Straight Talk and had the SIM card within a couple of days!
