When buying the item, if you are happy with the design, please put in the 'messages / notes to seller' the name you wish to have. If you select the option for 'other balloon colour' please also enter the colour(s) you wish to have. Should you wish to upload your own design, please message us after you have bought the item, and we will send you a link to upload your one colour print design.

If you need your print job sooner than 8 working days, we recommend checking we can fit you in before by sending us an eBay message. Any delivery estimates given by eBay should be disregarded, it is us that print the balloons.

If you need to add balloon sticks, ribboned valves, pumps, reels of ribbon please send us an eBay message.
