1.     ORDER DISPATCH INFO:

Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends - Most items are held in stock and if paid for before 11am Monday - Friday, will be dispatched same day and usually delivered within 3-5 working days (Saturday / Sunday/ Public Holiday is NOT counted as a working day). However, please be aware that certain items are held for us by our suppliers and so these items will take approximately 4-6 working days to be delivered. Please make sure you check the estimated delivery date within the listing.

2.    DELIVERY INFORMATION: Most items in our ebay store offer FREE ECONOMY UK MAINLAND DELIVERY (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle Of Man, Isle Of Scilly, Isle Of Wight, Jersey and Guernsey are not eligible for free delivery unless the item can be sent in the post).

 

3.     PLEASE NOTE: We are advised by Royal Mail that items sent 1st or 2nd class post can take up to a maximum of 14 working days to be delivered, please allow 14 working days for delivery before raising a claim with us.

ORDERS: We operate a fully automated system on ebay and due to the number of orders we receive, we WILL NOT see any notes you add to your order. Please contact us via the eBay messaging system before purchasing if you have any questions.

 

4.      WE OFFER A 14 DAY RETURNS POLICY. Please return your item(s) in original packaging and ensure that all packages are securely wrapped. You must include a copy of your delivery note in with your item(s), as this is the proof of purchase. Failure to do so will delay your refund.
