This valve is used by many different manufacturers and can be found installed on various appliances. The handle is secured using the 2 grub screws that are included.

Please note that there are lots of different options with the PEL range of catering equipment gas valves, valves can look very similar but have slight differences such as thread type, shaft size, bypass orifice size etc. Please make sure you are purchasing the correct valve for your application.
