We will do everything possible to earn your 5 star reputation.  If you feel there is an issue with your purchase PLEASE contact me before leaving negative or neutral feedback. I ship within 24 hours of payment, no shipping on weekends as Canada Post does not pick up weekends. Please do not penalize me for slow shipping as I have no control over Canada Post, Customs or the USPS. Once I receive your feedback and know you are satisfied, I will do likewise.

Shipping: All items are sent via Canada Post.  Shipping is to PayPal confirmed addresses only.  An eBay shipping calculator will be used for parcels but this does not take into consideration multiple items. PLEASE WAIT FOR THE COMBINED INVOICE FROM ME BEFORE PAYING. Shipping costs quoted are a guideline only as the final cost is determined by weight and dimension.  

Shipping Costs: Shipping is $1.50CA to Canada and $2.00CA to the US, and $3.00CA to international destinations for individual coins under $75 without cases. Two coins can ship for the same price providing the total cost is not greater than $75.

Parcels USA: (includes all items over $75 and all items with cases). Shipping is $15.00CA to the States by tracked parcel unless otherwise indicated.  I may be able to combine items depending on cost, and weight. Please inquire.

Parcels Canada: (includes all items over $75 and all items with cases) within Canada are approx $8CA - $15CA depending on postal code - exact cost to be determined by postal code. Multiple items can be shipped for this cost depending on weight. Please inquire.

We do NOT ship parcels to international destinations due to high shipping costs and PayPal limitations.

Taxes: Canadian residents pay GST/HST based on their province of residence except on fine gold and silver items in which case this will be indicated. ON NB NL pay 13%, PEI pays 14%, NS pays 15%, all others pay GST of 5%. US residents do not pay taxes. International buyers may be subject to import duties by their government, these taxes are not my responsibility.

Returns: If you are unhappy with your purchase, items can be returned within 30 days in their original packaging unopened.
