Item Condition....New in an open box

It was factory sealed, but since the box has some shipping damage, we opened it to check the contents. The router is NEW/PRIMO. The router inside the box is still in a factory sealed bag. I covered the serial number because I have a couple of these and don't know which one you will receive, but they are both in the same condition.
