Return Policy
You may return new, unused items sold and fulfilled by TronicsDirect within 30 days of order date (not delivery date) for a refund. All items must be returned as new in their original packaging, including all accessories, cables and manuals. Missing items will be charged based on suggested retail prices. Shipping cost is not refundable and returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer. All returns must be accompanied by a valid return authorization number (RMA) issued by us. After 30 days from order date we will not accept returns for refund. If you have received a defective item or wish to obtain warranty service for a product sold by TronicsDirect, please contact the manufacturer of the product directly.
Items damaged during shipping will be returned to us by UPS and will be replaced when the claim has been processed. All items are shipped insured.
