The DT01ABA-V series is suitable for CCTV Surveillance, video editing, set-top-box (STB), digital video recorders (DVR) and network video recorders (NVR) applications where large capacity, low power and low acoustics are critical.

The DT01ABAxxxV Desktop hard disk drive series provides up to 3 TB capacity and features an innovative technology to deliver a greater level of power efficiency and quiet operation for energy-conscious, environmentally-friendly computers. With low power, high capacity and cool operation, these 3.5-inch (8.9cm) drives allows manufacturers to leverage the benefits of the latest components and operating systems to deliver more eco-friendly systems. This 1TB/platter hard disk drive series offers up to 5,900 RPM and an interface transfer rate of 6Gb/s.
