I can not issue a return/refund under any circumstances. A deal is a deal and a buyer should not go back on their word. Opening a case with eBay or asking for a return/refund of any kind is not socialy acceptable. Please only make a purchase if you know what you are buying. I will post items very quickly and I do not charge for UK postage (if items are under 2kg). I can post items worldwide using the eBay Global Shipping Program. If you are not given this option then please send me a message. Items can be collected in person but all deals must be done using eBay.
