Ruby Timber C/16C24 Treated Timber Kiln Dried Softwood - Construction Grade

Our Timber is graded as C16 or C24 kiln-dried with rounded edge, which produces a neater, faster finish. You will receive a mixture of both grades. As edges are smoothed and eased the timber is easier to work. The finished job will look neater saving you time should you choose to paint, stain or preserve the timber.

Kiln dried before pressure treatment to help improve stability

Timber sizes are nominal and have smaller finished sizes.

As the timber is stored outdoors you may receive moist timber which is perfectly normal. This will not affect the structural integrity of the timber.

Returns

Faulty/damaged goods will be replaced free of charge for either a full refund or like for like replacement upon either the return of the item, or necessary proof, which will be decided at Ruby UK's discretion. Such goods must be rejected within 5 working days of either collection or delivery.

Goods supplied incorrect to order will be replaced by the correct goods upon return of the incorrect item.

In the event of a customer changing their mind or ordering the incorrect size, We are more than happy to accept returns for exchange/refund, but cannot refund any shipping costs in this scenario, as this is a cost that cannot be recovered.

We will also issue an invoice to cover the postage costs of the replacement item. For items with free delivery, we will still require the customer to cover the costs of shipping, and there will be a handling fee deducted from refunds to cover the P&P costs incurred. This cost is variable based on the shipping costs of the item in question.
