For the seats in most all of my chairs I used a piece of 5/8" plywood, eggshell foam, doubled muslin or rayon fabric, coffee bean sack Burlap, 16-20 gauge vinyl, 1/4" x1/2" crown staples, 5/8" 18 gauge brads, 3/4" hose clamps/screws, & feet tack glides.
