A vintage 1984 GI Joe Zartan action figure with complete Chameleon Swamp Skier, file card and blueprint/instruction sheet.  Zartan is incomplete as he is missing most of his accessories and only comes with what is shown in the photos.  The swamp skier is complete and in good condition. The blueprints are intact and in good condition as shown.  Displays great, this is a great piece for your collection.
