• Your purchase of goods from Apex Trading Group is subject to these Terms and Conditions of Sale. By purchasing our good/s, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions including our warranty & returns policies.
• For all Auctions, the successful high bidder must complete the sales transaction within 3 days from the end of the auction.
• Apex Trading Group adheres to all trading rules applied by eBay.
• While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional.
• All pictures contained within this listing are for illustration purposes only.
• We do not provide refund on product/s if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect choice.
• For any returns, good/s must be returned in its original condition and unused. Apex Trading Group will not be responsible for expenses in getting products to or from their premises.
• Apex Trading Group's warranty period is 12 months and is valid from the date of original purchase. All warranty claims are assessed with consideration to general wear and tear. The person/s submitting the warranty claim must be the original purchaser.
• It is recommended that at the time of pick up or delivery, the buyer inspect the good/s immediately to ensure they are completely satisfied with the quality and content of the product.
• If within the warranty period, the buyer believes an item is faulty, they must return the item to the Apex Trading Group store, where it will be assessed. Depending on the fault, Apex Trading Group will repair the product using new or re-furbished parts of the same standard; or offer a replacement of the same item of similar condition to the original.
• If the Apex Trading Group badge is removed from the toolbox or there is evidence of repair/s, modification/s or alteration/s attempted or made to any of the product/s without the approval of Apex Trading Group, this could void the product's warranty.
• Where an item is damaged through misuse, abnormal use or improper mainteance/installation, Apex Trading Group cannot provide a refund, exchange or repair.
• Apex Trading Group will not take any responsibility for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of the product.
• Apex Trading Group is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damages caused by the defect of the product. Apex Trading Group will not be responsible for any costs or expenses relating to the repair/replacement of the product/s involved in such instances.
• For the powder coat range, there is no warranty on paintwork. Paintwork will be inspected at the time of purchase in store and is accepted by buyer at the time of purchase as is.
• Apex Trading Group cannot be held liable for any damage caused during transit unless transit insurance has been purchased. 
• If insurance has been purchased, any damage must be reported to Apex Trading Group within 24 hours of receiving the product, accompanied by photos. A claim will then be made with the courier company.
• All packaging must be kept and the damaged product/s is to remain unused as the transit company may wish to salvage the item/s as part of their claim process.
• Otherwise, goods must be returned to Apex Trading Group store at the buyer’s expense. We will then send a replacement of the same product at our expense. Transport costs are not included/covered in claims with Apex Trading Group or the courier companies engaged.
• Transit insurance does not cover damage to paintwork for the powder coated toolbox range.

The Buyer accepts that Apex Trading Group is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damages to any goods. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to maintain this equipment in a safe operating condition. 

Apex Trading Group is not responsible for minor scratches, dings, dents etc...

If for any reason you do have problems, please contact us and we will try to help resolve any issues.

Returns Policy

We do not refund if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect choice.

If you believe an item is faulty, you must return the item to our store where it will be assessed. Depending on the fault, we will repair or offer a replacement of the same item.

Goods must be returned in its original condition and unused.

For goods that need to be shipped back to our store, please verify that your goods have been shipped correctly without damage during transit when receiving stock.

Please do not sign for delivery of goods that are obviously damaged during transit. If damage is only found upon unpacking, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

We do not refund shipping or insurance cost.

Where an item is damaged through misused or abnormal use, Apex Trading Group cannot provide a refund, exchange or repair.
