You will automatically receive Positive feedback when
positive feedback has been left. Please note in the unlikely event there was a
problem with the transaction please contact us and give us a chance to rectify
the issue before leaving negative feedback.
Return:
We accept return if item not used or open original retail
packing.
Shipping:
We dispatch all orders the same working day if the
payment is cleared before 3 pm. We pack your orders in the most secure manner
so it reaches you safely. You can message us on eBay and our team will swiftly
respond to you with a solution or suggestion
Note: First class delivery has an estimate of 2-3 working
days. The listing does show you the next day as the date for the item being
delivered but if you click on the small question mark (next to where it says
fast & free) on the delivery column, it does show you the estimated
delivery days which is 2-3 working days.
Contact Us:
Our lines are open between 9am - 5.00pm Mon-Fri, and we
respond to all emails within these hours. Please note we are closed on
weekends, hence if you email on the weekend you will receive a response on
Monday.
Cancellation:
You can cancel your order on the same day before 2:00 pm
otherwise we may dispatch your order. In case if you are unable to inform us on
time and the order is already dispatched, the only way to cancel that order is
to wait until you receive the items and then sending them back to us to get a
full refund except for postage cost.
Refund:
Our aim is to keep our customers 100% satisfaction. If
for any reason you are not happy with the product, we will solve any issue and
proceed refunds (excluding p&p) upon receipt of the returned goods. This
applies for 14 days after purchase.
