Many of our shoes are being sold as new (other) because they do not come with a complete box. These shoes are purchased from outlet stores. Outlets cut off the tops of most of their boxes. We choose not to ship the half box because it is not complete. This is the only reason why our shoes may be listed as New (other).
All Nike brand items sold by this eBay store are purchased directly either from Nike clearance outlets, Nike Factory Outlets, or from Authorized US retailers/liquidators of Nike products. Some of these shoes or clothes may have flaws, missing or incomplete boxes, missing tags, or irregularities which are minimally noticeable. Others may be B-grades designated as not fit for sale at retail by Nike, or shelf display models with minor signs of wear or try on. The specific condition for example, the incomplete box, tags, known irregularities, or scuffs is noted in each listing.

RETURNS:
*If you decide to return the item, please contact us within 30 days from the receipt & let us know of your decision.
The item must be in its ORIGINAL condition and if applicable, with the original tags. Items that contain one of the following listed below will not be eligible for a refund. As Follows:
1. Obvious signs of wear and /or tear
2. Damages. Example: dirt, makeup, water markings etc.
3. Distinct Odors. I.e. Perfume, cologne, smoke etc.
4. Size adjustments made to the original article.
Directions:
1. If return comply's with the return policy; contact us with an explanation of pertinent information on your reason for the return.
2. We will try to respond as soon as possible with our decision and instruction.
3. Please ship your item back to us and provide us with the tracking number.
REFUND:

As soon as we receive your item you will be notified via email.
If the item is in its original condition, we will issue a refund within 24 hours of receipt. Please allow 24-48 hours for PayPal to complete refund process.
Please note there will be a 20% restocking fee applied to the refund. For example, you paid for an item $55.00 and $5.00 shipping. 55.00 x0.20 = $11.00 restocking fee. YOUR REFUND = $44.00
Only items that do not match their description will not be subject to a restocking fee. It is best to ask questions prior to bidding/purchasing.
