Description

Propolis is derived from a tree resin which is collected and re-metabolised by worker bees. The bees smear this dark substance around the entrance of their hives to strengthen the hive and to protect themselves from infection. Excess propolis is extracted from the beehive by bee keepers. A cold treatment process is then applied to make the substance suitable for human use and consumption.

Propolis is a natural antibacterial agent with antiviral, anaesthetic, antioxidant and antibiotic properties. Propolis contains over 60 different naturally occurring substances, including flavonoids, organic acids, vitamins and numerous minerals. It is commonly used in the treatment of sore throats, skin conditions and colds and flu.

• For domestic deliveries within Australia we use either Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. For Australia Post, we offer a choice of Regular Post (with Tracking) and Express Post.
• Items which include Free Shipping will be sent by Fastway Couriers or Australia Post Regular Post. If you require your item urgently by Express Post an additional charge will apply to your order.
• Delivery times for your order will vary depending on your location. Generally it is between 1-5 days.  Deliveries of orders to Western Australia can take longer, so please allow at least 7 days.
• An email including full tracking details will be sent to you upon dispatch of your order.

SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL

• All international deliveries will be sent by Australia Post using Pack & Track International Air Mail or Express Post International. Both have tracking available. If Pack & Track International Air Mail is not available to your country, your order will be sent by Registered International Air Mail.
• Delivery times for your order will vary depending on your location. Generally it is between 7-10 days.  Customs clearance in some countries can take longer and unfortunately, that is beyond our control. Please allow extra time for delivery during peak times (national holidays).
• Please note that Custom fees and import duties are charged by some countries. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are beyond the control of Downunder Mart. If you are concerned, please check with the applicable customs laws in your country before placing your order.

Payments

• We accept payments by PayPal or by bank deposit.
• If you would like to pay by bank deposit, our bank details will be sent to you by email once you have elected this method of payment. Please ensure your ebay user name is used as a reference. Items will not be posted until we have confirmed receipt of payment.
• Payment for all items is required within 3 days of your commitment to buy. If this is not possible, please send us an email to let us know.

Returns & Refunds

Downunder Mart is happy to accept return of goods that are damaged, defective or faulty.

• If you are unhappy with the condition of your goods on receipt, please contact Downunder Mart via eBay messenger within 48 hours of receiving your goods and provide us with a detailed description of the problem and or photo evidence for verification. You will be issued a return address of where to send your goods, and they must be received back within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date, in the condition they originally arrived in, to be eligible for either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price.
• If you wish to return goods that are not faulty as you have changed your mind, we will be happy to credit the cost of the goods less postage, but the goods must be unused and in perfect re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions etc.) otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund to you. Please contact us if you wish to return goods for this reason and note that Items must be returned within (14) days of the purchase date. If you instigate a return due to change of mind, you will be responsible for all associated costs due to returning the item.
• Please note that sale goods are non-returnable unless faulty.
