For the purist restorer!  This is a kit of JIS standard screws and captive spring washers to restore a set of carburettors on these bikes.  JIS fasteners are almost unobtainable in Europe due to different industrial standards.  JIS screws and bolts have smaller heads than BS or DIN standard- and are immediately recognisable by the characteristic small panhead and signature "dot" on the heads of the screws.

We have matched the original thread sizes and screw lengths exactly and this pack is sufficient to replace ALL of the fasteners on one set of 2 carburettors, including the stay brackets between the carbs, throttle cable bracket and choke cable outer.

For each carburettor there is:

3 off Float Bowl Screws/washers.

2 off Top Cover Screws/washers.

2 off Aircut Cover Screws/washers.

1 off Internal Airjet Cover Screw/washer.

Then for the twin carb assembly there is:

4 off Rear Top Joiner Bracket Screws/washers.

4 off Front Lower Joiner Bracket Screws/washers.

1 off Throttle Cable Bracket Screw/washer.

1 off Choke Cable Clamp Screw/washer.

The Pack total is 26 Screws/Washers
